Register for the Account Unlock Tool in two easy steps:

1. Go to https://aka.ms/ssprsetup 
2. Login as yourself – must set up your account recovery options BEFORE your account is locked/your password is forgotten.
3. Add your authentication phone and 3 security questions.

Use the Account Unlock Tool to regain access to your account:

1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Enter your cell phone number; after receiving the text or call, enter the verification code.
3. Enter your security question answers.
4. If successful, a success message will display and your account will unlock. Restart Outlook and enter your password.
