Please note some newer Android phones will no longer have the menu or options menu button.

1. From the Home Screen, press Menu button or navigate to Apps Menu.
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Cloud & Accounts or Accounts & Sync, then tap Accounts
4. Tap the email account your wish to edit
5. Tap Account Settings
6. Tap Incoming settings to change your password.

iPhone

1. From the home screen, tap on Settings
2. In the Settings menu, tap on Accounts & Passwords.
3. Within Accounts & Passwords tap on your Exchange Account (Example: IEA)
4. Within your Exchange Account, tap on Account
5. Within Account Info, tap on Password to change your password
6. Tap Done in the top left-hand corner to save the password.
