A: Distributed staff computers have it pre-installed and pre-configured, you do nothing!

Q: Is it backing up EVERYTHING?

A: Our backup utility is set to only backup changed items in your documents, on your desktop, and your favorites, not all of your items everyday.

Q: I have a laptop, does it still work for me?

A: Yes, if you are connected to the internet, your backup will run as scheduled.

Q: I’m disconnected from the internet a lot. What happens if I miss a backup?

A: Any missed backups will be caught up at your next scheduled backup time.

Q: How do I know when my next backup is?

A: Most staff computers are scheduled to backup every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday staggered throughout the morning to ensure there is no network degradation for our larger offices.
