My account is locked, what do I do?

Sometimes when entering your password in Outlook, or if you recently changed your password and didn’t change it on all of your devices that sync with Outlook, your account can become locked. You can call the help desk to have a technician unlock your account, or you can wait 30 minutes for your account to automatically unlock.

If you have registered your account with the unlock tool, you can access it here and unlock your own account.

*Note: If you don’t change your password on all devices, your account will continue to lock!
